The Eco Terra has two firmness options: a 5 out of 10 medium, and a 6.5 out of 10 medium-firm.
The medium option, with its lower-ILD latex, has a softer feel than the medium-firm and offers better contouring and slightly more of a sinking feeling. Though preferences vary, lighter people tend to prefer softer mattresses, while heavier sleepers are more likely to enjoy a firmer option.
Regardless of its firmness level, the Eco Terra tends to have a bouncy, resilient feel. The use of Talalay latex provides a sleep surface that cradles the body without significant contouring, even for the medium firmness option.
Made from 3 inches of natural Talalay latex, the Eco Terra’s comfort layer allows for a resilient cradling effect that offers some pressure relief without the contouring associated with memory foam. The latex is from sustainable rubber trees and is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified to be free from harmful substances.
